Helios Brewing are very excited to collaborate with our mates Freestyle Hops from New Zealand, to create a beer that celebrates Hop Harvest 2023.
We've named the beer 'Demeter', after the Ancient Greek goddess of the harvest. A fitting title for this DDH Hazy IPA, that will feature plenty of freshly harvested NZ hops!
This double dry hopped all NZ IPA delivers massive stone fruit and tropical notes thanks to a 20g/L hopping rate using Rakau, Waimea and NZ Cascade. Demeter DDH NZ IPA is a straight up juice bomb with a full, soft mouthfeel and restrained bitterness.
The beer will go to can in mid April and be available in a strictly limited number of cases. Kegs will also be available on tap at Helios, and selected venues around Brisbane.
